Tracking says my package is in customs, but it's been too long and I still haven't received it.
Unfortunately, once the package leaves Or Warehouse and is in the possession of the Carrier we are unable to get more information than what is given to by the Carries customer service (FedEx). Your best option is to contact your local FedEx office with your tracking number and see if there is a problem.
What happens if I ordered an item and it's out of stock?
