How do I checkout on the website?

Click on the ""checkout"" button and all the items added to cart will be conducted by Paypal services.

You can checkout without creating an account for a faster experience. After any purchase allow 48 hours to receive the Tracking Number by email, so you can track your orders.

After the initial checkout page you will be directed to the checkout process, (Paypal account will be required) you will be asked to choose your preferred shipping and billing method. Once you click the ""Submit Order"" button you will be directed to the Success Page. This may take a few moments.

That's it! You have successfully completed your purchase.

Tracking says my package is in customs, but it's been too long and I still haven't received it.

Unfortunately, once the package leaves Or Warehouse and is in the possession of the Carrier we are unable to get more information than what is given to by the Carries customer service (FedEx). Your best option is to contact your local FedEx office with your tracking number and see if there is a problem.

What happens if I ordered an item and it's out of stock?

Our electronic sales are conducted only when stock is physically on hand so delays are practically non-existent. If for some reason this occurs we will let you know and will offer these options:

1. If any of the items are delayed for any reason we will notify you immediately via e-mail.

2. Substitute for a different item if the wait is too long.

3. Refund you for the back-ordered item(s).

What if the product I'm looking for isn't on our website?

If you can't find what you're looking for it doesn't mean we can't get it! You can contact us and we'll be happy to help you with the item.

How do I make a return?

No, any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day, and shipped within the next three days.

 Damaged Parts -In the event that you have received an item damaged by the carrier, call them and fill a claim immediately.
